Our family loves the beach.
In fact, we make it a habit to go, just about weekly, in the summer.
We love seeing the dolphins, as in the top shot. There were so many! Can you spot it's tail?
We love the sunshine and sand...
We try to pack a picnic lunch, and spend the morning with a huge list of things to do:
We have to dig holes.
We have to build sand castles.
We have to find sand crabs.
We have to reapply suncreeen.
We have to stomp on sandcastles.
We have to dig some more.
We have to have a snack and plenty of water.
We have to put on Mac's lifejacket and romp around in the waves.
We have to watch daddy boogie board.
We have to pretend to surf on daddy's boogie board.
We have to take a million photos.
We have to count as many dolphins as we can.
We have to chase a seagull.
We have to bury Malcolm in the sand.
We have to feed Aubrey.
We have to rest in the sun.
We have to eat our lunch.
We have to rinse off in the water.
We have to finally call it a day.
We have so much fun that we wear ourselves out. In fact, Mac said he was very very tired, and asked for a sand pillow, and sand blanket.
The beach is just a rockin' good time.
